These terms apply to your use of funda.co.zw (“funda”, “we”, “us”), an online course platform operated by Tengai Solutions. By creating an account or buying a course you agree to them.
1. Your account
You need an account to buy and take courses. Give accurate details, keep your password private and do not share your login. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Course access
When your payment is confirmed you get personal, non-transferable access to the course you bought, for your own learning. You may not share your account, copy, record, redistribute, resell or publish course material, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All course content belongs to funda and its creators.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Pesepay, using the payment methods shown at checkout. Access opens once your payment is confirmed. We may change prices and run offers at any time; a price change does not affect courses you have already bought.
4. No refunds
Courses are digital and you receive the full material as soon as you pay, so all sales are final. Please read our Refund Policy, including the cases where we will fix a payment or access problem.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to break or bypass security, interfere with other users, or use funda for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
6. Learning, not guarantees
Our courses are educational. Results depend on your effort, your situation and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee income, sales or any particular business outcome.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the site available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, improve or remove courses and features, and we may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, funda is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the courses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
