funda courses are digital products. As soon as you pay, you get access to the full course material, and once content has been viewed it cannot be returned. For this reason we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on course purchases.
Try before you buy
The first lesson of every course is a free preview. Please read it, together with the course description and curriculum, before you buy so you know exactly what you are getting.
When we will help
We will fix the problem, and refund where it applies, if:
- you were charged more than once for the same course, or
- your payment went through but the course was not unlocked in your account.
Please contact us as soon as possible and include your full name, the email address you used at checkout and your payment reference.
